If you haven't told him happy birthday, you may be out of even the belated round of wishes. But what the heck, it's never too late to tell someone they're getting really old. f8inaround.blogspot.com

Sudanese Roomates

I shared a room with Nova and Hulda during the retreat. One of the most beautiful moments was when they realized they had both lived in the same part of Sudan as children. Nova is full Sudanese and has visited Sudan only once since leaving years ago. Hulda is half Swedish, half Sudanese and hasn't been back since she lived there. The diversity where I work astounds me daily.
